TERMS  & CONDITIONS (CH)

1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract between the supplier and buyer comes into effect when the order is placed, unless the supplier revokes it in writing within five days. In the case of subsequent deliveries (reassortment), the buyer also recognizes these conditions if the contract is concluded verbally due to urgency.

2. PRICE Purchase price

The supplier's price list valid at the time the order is confirmed/placed is decisive. The buyer must inquire about the latest price list himself. Value added tax will be charged additionally. When a new price list is issued, the old price list is considered to be cancelled. The new price list applies exclusively to contracts concluded after this point in time. The prices are not binding and can be changed by the seller without prior notice.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

In principle, the following payment methods are available to you in our shop: Payment in advance If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Credit card Please follow the instructions in the ordering process. Cash on collection You pay the invoice amount in cash on collection.

4. RESERVATION OF TITLE

The goods remain the property of the supplier until final payment. The supplier is hereby authorized by the buyer to have a retention of title entered in the relevant register for the goods delivered by him until the purchase price has been paid in full.

5. DELIVERY DATE

In the event of non-compliance with the delivery times specified by the supplier, the buyer can withdraw from the contract after giving the supplier a reasonable grace period. Further claims by the buyer and in particular claims for damages are excluded. Withdrawal from the contract is excluded if a temporary impossibility of delivery is due to force majeure or operational disruptions in our own operations or at the supplier's subcontractors.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers. In principle, you have the option of picking it up at B+B SPORT AG, Lenzburgerstrasse 8, 5702 Niederlenz CH during the following business hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

7. WARRANTY

Basically, the products we sell have a 2-year guarantee. Warranty requests can be made by e-mail with a picture to info@bbmoto.ch, only warranty requests sent with a copy of the sales receipt can be processed.

8. DEFECTS

Any defects in the delivered goods must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt or, in the case of hidden defects, within 14 days of discovery; otherwise the goods are deemed to have been approved. In the case of defects that are reported in a timely manner, the buyer has the right to demand subsequent deliveries of goods free of defects. Further claims due to any defects and in particular claims for damages (including claims for damages for consequential damages) as well as a right to withdraw from the contract are expressly excluded.

9. RETURNS

The buyer buys the goods on a fixed account. Returns: can be returned within 10 days of receipt with a copy of the invoice. Returned goods must be packed according to the original packaging and in absolutely new and salable condition.

Within 10 days - 100% of the value of the goods
from the 11th day - value of goods - 20% processing fee
from the 21st day – value of goods – 30% processing fee
from the 30th day, the item will be returned for a total fee

10. JURISDICTION

Place of performance for services from this contractual relationship is our domicile in Niederlenz. The contractual relationship is subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Aarau.
